DESCRIPTION
Pure Lavendula angustifolia flowers carefully dried at Bridestowe Estate. Low in camphor, this variety of lavender is the only one suitable for culinary purposes. Microbiologically tested for purity, it is certified for use in all fine foods including dairy products.
Our Culinary Lavender is a natural partner for fruit flavours such as lemon and blueberry and will complement desserts, cakes and chocolates. It also adds exciting dimensions to savoury foods and roasted meats such as lamb, pork and chicken. Use sparingly for great results.
