Our Australian grown, premium macadamias are hand roasted, then seasoned with delicious, caramelised roasted garlic.  It's a tasty mouthful that will help you ward off winter ills!  We especially love this flavour's versatility in the kitchen, sprinkled over pasta dishes or baked vegetables. Try them crushed and mixed into rich sauces and soups, or atop a ciabatta with a little butter for crunchy garlic bread.
